How the Trust Score works, why some courses show no score at all, and how anything gets onto Zilwe.
- What is a Zilwe Trust Score?
- A single 0–100 number built from what learners reported happened after the click: whether they finished the course, whether they could apply the skill afterwards, whether they would recommend it, and how recent that evidence is. It is not a star rating and it is not editorial.
- Why do some courses show a dash instead of a score?
- A course needs at least three real learner reviews before any score publishes. Below that we show an editorial take and nothing else — a number built on one or two opinions would be false precision.
- Why don't you publish the exact weights?
- The inputs are public: completion, applied outcome, recommendation and recency. The exact weighting stays private so nobody can reverse-engineer the formula and farm reviews to game a ranking.
- How do I get a course added?
- Paste its URL on the Check page. If it is already in the catalog you go straight to its page; if not, you can add it in a few seconds and post the first review.
- Do you take affiliate commission or paid placement?
- No. There are no affiliate links anywhere on Zilwe and no course can pay to rank higher, appear as featured, or be removed from the catalog.
- Who can write a review?
- Anyone with an account, capped at five reviews per day per person. Reviews that contain no explanation, promote a product, or are filed in bulk are removed.
- Can a course be removed?
- Yes — report it from its page. Broken links, spam, plagiarised material and rights complaints are reviewed and taken down where valid.
- Is Zilwe available in other languages?
- Yes. The interface ships in English, हिन्दी and Español; course titles and learner reviews stay in the language they were written in.
