Zilwe respects intellectual property. If you believe content on Zilwe infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a takedown notice to glakshay918@gmail.com with the following:

1. Your full name, postal address, phone number, and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on Zilwe.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who submitted it. Repeat infringers' accounts will be terminated. We will not publish the contents of your notice without legal compulsion.

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with: your contact info, the removed material and its prior URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's home district.
